Common questions
Will I be told if my case is not worth filing?
Yes. A case that cannot succeed, is out of limitation, or would cost more than it recovers is worth knowing about before you spend money, not after.
Can I consult about a case another lawyer is already handling?
Yes. Second opinions are common and entirely proper, particularly where a matter has been running a long time or where you have not been told clearly what stage it is at.
Which advocate will I speak to?
